Yeah I've had enough of the site it's not worth much all you get is the odd 20p wins not the best site . I've play many and this is by far too he worst .

I tried to open a Virgin account, I was told immediately my account was closed when I questioned this I was told that because I had a bad experience with one of their other sites they closed this account. (I had put in chat that they were only paying out 10p 20p to the 50p I was wagering). I asked well how many sites is one company allowed to operate then? their reply was (We operate 6 sites, Jackpot Joy, Double Bubble Bingo, (formerly Heart bingo), Virgin Games, Monopoly Casino, Megaways Casino & Rainbow Riches Casino).

As proud and smug as she sounded, all these sites are money grabbers so beware don't splash your cash here. If you have and are winning at the moment it won't last long, when you ask a question to do with payouts or make a comment in chat you will be blocked even if you have any money in your account.

They state "I can assure you that we are heavily regulated and audited, both externally and internally, to ensure all our games are fair and we operate strictly within the laws, If we didn't, we would not be allowed to operate".

I then wrote this "You say you are regulated, but you are not under constant surveillance, yet! But as long as "all the sites" taxes are paid if any they're not watched. I thought it was the poor that should be helped not the filthy rich." I just want to add this (PLEASE THINK) that all these companies operate from Gibraltar where all the RICH & GREEDY live.

Complete shocking customer service you sign up deposit then upon withdrawing they close your account and steal your money

Opened an account, started playing and all seemed well.
The day after opening my account when trying to login I just get a message saying my account is currently closed.
Tried contacting support but got no response.
So not only can I not access my account but can't even get the money I have refunded.
Don't bother with these thieves.

Iv used jackpotjoy for around 6 years now… all the gamesy sites in fact. The customer service used to be fantastic regular rewards for playing on site hampers in the post ect. Wins and loses aside because simply it’s gambling a site can’t be at fault for that. But the site has dramatically gone down hill as of late customer service is shocking your made to feel like a criminal for asking for a promotion that was offered to you yet not awarded. Loyalty bonus no longer a thing and overall quite sad to see the site has got so greedy. Wouldn’t recommend joining or getting sucked in.

WARNING Do not use this site. I played for years on this site and had a few decent wins but then i complained about something and the next day they closed my account and rang me asking how i funded my play, where i got my money from, even where my hubby worked! They wanted bank statements and wage slips and im not showing private documents to strangers just for the sake of playing bingo. This site was fined a lot of money a few years back, they preyed on a lady who had just inherited a small fortune, she was trying to close her account and they just kept giving her large bonuses, she had mental health issues and ended up spending every penny she had. There was a documentary on TV about this, people should watch it, its an eye opener for sure

Was a member but was banned because i won
If you win they do a account review and banned you as soon as they start to get some of your winnings back.
The ban they do is for life and despite asking them they dont know why you are banned keep away from this site

Mistakes had been made using this company, after closing my accounts for not providing enough documentation for verification (even tho I supplied a selfie ID with date, council tax bill and picture of both sides of my bank card) I am still unable to get verified, no reason given or no solution just the fact you are going to hold my funds, absolute theft.

Seems to be a great site although I only play slots, jackpotjoy is far better than many out there. The reason for my 5 stars is the payout rate is pretty good. Remember your gambling sometimes you win and lose.

Can’t believe all these negative reviews 🫤 I joined jackpotjoy a few months ago and honestly it’s been amazing had a few really big wins and also got made a plus member.
It’s for me been the best online site iv played, especially compared to playojo! But we won’t go there 😂
Overall though I think jackpotjoys mint. No fuss when you withdraw either it’s pretty much instant which I love!
You have to remember guys this is gambling your not going to win every single time 😂
